By looking around in the Hello Neighbor Alpha 3, you can find two halves of a QR code. It decodes to "Can you see it? Remember 1003063 I had to hide it, they might find out."
Alpha 4[]
If you jump from the railroad tracks onto the room on the right, you can crouch and go inside the wall.
Keep going forward and you will reach an "Unreal Engine Missing Script" icon. Touch it.
You will be brought into a room with four boxes.
These boxes are hidden all over the map.
Looking at the ceiling, you'll see a bunch of binary.
Decoded, it says: "1003063 is running again. the second third is available. i need help. keep it a secret. if they find out, they might abridged me."

The timer at the bottom right corner of the website is set to end on August 29, 2017, which is when the main release is supposed to happen..
The bottom left corner has a button, which asks for a password when you click it.
Discovered from a video by TinyBuildGames, the password was 44574, until the Hello Neighbor Alpha 4 released. The cubes in the room gives us the new password, 5323.
Back when it was 44574, we could download the first half of the code. Now, we can only download the second half.
